SWC is a great group of people focused on helping their clients achieve their goals. my biggest challenge being a small business is that "i don't know what i don't know" and they have helped us put formalities to training and on-boarding that we otherwise would never have thought to put in place. as the company leader, through my coach Emmie Brown i have gained the confidence and backbone to make tough choices that i would have waffled on in the past. we have gained an unimaginable amount of knowledge in the past 3 years that would have taken decades to learn and avoided a lot of heartache and headache along the way too.
