Very poor business practice and poor experience. with Crosby VW. My car was in shop for under warranty rust repair and they cracked my windshield. Then they asked me to pay for their fault. The general manager told me they aren't doing anything about it and she couldn't care less. Not a great way to treat your clients! As a VW owner I don't think it's fair to ask your clients to pay for your worker's mistakes. Please make yourselves a favour and avoid them if possible. Shop somewhere else or buy a different brand. I do no recommend anyone Crosby VW.
