I came in to get my car serviced after getting the run-around at Firestone. Premier Mazda KC knew exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed what I needed them to fix without any BS. My car is old, but they treated it like it was a brand new car, giving it a lot of care and respect (despite all my dog's hair). I did not feel pressured to buy a new car, even though it was obvious I needed one. They kept tabs on everything they worked on and went line by line before I paid them anything. I paid a lot to get my car fixed, but I felt like the prices were the same, if not cheaper, than Firestone or any other car shops. However, the level of customer service and renewed confidence you get after driving off with your [fixed] car is priceless. Thanks, Premier Mazda KC! Although I don't want to have to see you guys again, I know where to go if I need some fixin'!
