My wife and I came in half unsure about whether or not we wanted to buy a VW and were greeted with nothing but wonderful service right at the door. Right from Russ, the Manager who greeted us when we walked in, to Naim our sales guy, we were treated with the utmost professional courtesy and the highest level of stress-free service. Their approach was to help us select the option that worked for us rather than try to force/pressure us into making a decision for their benefit. After we made a decision, the administrative and financial processes were seamlessly coordinated and all involved in the process delivered with distinction. This was the most hassle-free professional vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had.
