The initial Customer Service was excellent over the phone. Fast Quote and friendly service very informative. The vehicle pickup service was bad. I received a window of 4pm - 7pm in which I had to leave work early. I waited the 3 hours and then some and finally got a call at 7:45 PM stating the driver was 20 minutes out. I never received a call saying they would be running late. The guy from the towing company called back and wanted to setup a reschedule and I told him I would go with someone else. He was rude and short during the phone call and did not even offer me an apology. =( Great offer on the car and it was the highest bidder, but will sacrifice a couple hundred to not do business with someone who is rude and inconsiderate to the customer.
