Too bad you can not give less than a star !!!!
IMPOSSIBLE BOOKINGS.
Personally I have nothing to complain about the professionalism, competence and availability of the staff, from the doctors to the switchboard operators .... Another speech for the organization of the booking service. Last post-operative check-up in July, next visit to be made within 4 months (therefore November). In July it is not possible to book because it is too early. Still too early in September. In October they tell me to call back after November 15th (they are waiting for the opening of the lists !!!!). Today (November 17) I call and a very embarrassed operator (who cannot accept reservations and therefore do her job) tells me that the lists for reservations are not yet available. However, they have no seats until the end of November (who knows how these "very lucky" people have made reservations ???). I can try to call back next week without being sure that it will be possible to book. I am ready to bet that I will not be able to be visited before next year (I hope to be proved wrong) .......... therefore well beyond the four months since the last control visit.

Today 30/11/17 a switchboard operator resigned and in evident difficulty with the user informed me that STILL CANNOT BOOK ..... and invites me to try again in the next weeks (without being able to guarantee if and when you can book) . Obviously it is not the fault of those who answer the phone but obviously the organization is watering all sides and that the situation is out of control!
Since July (the date of the last visit) I have not yet been able to book the follow-up visit that they had prescribed me to do within four months (therefore by November) and it is not even known when the situation will unlock. We left with a little optimistic: "Retry, you'll be luckier!" ..... not even a lottery.
If it were not dramatic, this situation would seem almost comic.

SCANDALOUS!!!
