Not rating the dining experience but rating their customer service. Tried to get a gift card for a present and their online system was not working so I went to the restaurant in person. Went there and met a very rude manager who first challenged me that the website was working, then tried himself and failed. Then told me there was nothing they can do and basically tough luck for me. I get he can t fix his online system but he sure should fix his attitude considering his job is customer service.
