If you are not a millionaire and cannot buy a house in A'dam, please do yourself a favor and don't rent a house at Eigen Haard. Saves you a lot of misery and stress. Never (but really never) experienced such poor customer service. There are 0 direct lines. You always have to go through customer service and you get a different story every time. The G.A. review van S. seems very familiar to me. Writing letters makes no sense at all. You do not get a response or only after a few months. Eigen Haard hides behind customer contact employees who naturally have 0 mandate. When you call, there is extensive consultation while you are on hold, but transfer to a person who can actually help you with your problem (or at least make decisions). It is casually reported that you cannot be helped. Point. Without any hesitation. While this issue (lack of housing) has been going on for a year and we pay our rent properly, mind you. Empathy is hard to find. They could use a customer contact training just fine. The entire housing association. They have never heard of acting proactively. Sit back and wait for the tenant to come. That is their course of action. Very exhausting. Can't wait until I get rid of this issue, but not before Eigen Haard has apologized and received a monetary compensation.
