I'm actually giving them a 2 1/2 stars, just for the effort of trying to convince us into another lease or purchase. Called them beforehand and explained our situation of an expiring leased car situation (expecting what they so much advertise -> help). Once we arrived, they immediately began paperwork, not really giving any advise as to what we can do (options). After all paperwork was done, we were directed to a sales person to look at cars and almost convinced into buying one. Yet, no mention about the lease situation (after asking several times). Once a car was selected, the "how much do you want to pay monthly" question came up. The lease we have is at $325.00. So we said, no more than that if less, even better. Aaaaand of course "they are trying to do everything possible to help us", but if we can make $465.00, that's the best they can do. Given the credit worthiness and blah blah, blah blah. Again we asked about the lease situation and his response was, "oooh, you have a lease, I wasn't aware of that. Weeell, we'll tack what's due onto your new purchase. That's the way things are". Not in those exact words, but pretty much how we felt. We, could have simply gone back to the dealer where our lease was made and gotten the same experience and not wasted almost a whole day, a 30 minute drive, and gas. This dealer's commercials are deceptive.
