The hospital did not take my complaints seriously ...

The hospital did not take my complaints seriously and did not provide the correct support. For example sent me home without waiting for blood tests. I was then rushed back to Dijklander by ambulance, much too late. After that, it takes weeks to recover, which could have been absolutely avoided. Plus received a very high bill through my health insurance (deductible). The doctor did apologize personally, which has a mitigating effect. But a mistake was made, which I blame the hospital.
