Can't fault the price or delivery, but customer service is shocking!
Reported a defected wok stand on my Neff hob back in October, sent all the info pictures as requested, I was told this was now being dealt with the manufacturer and will be contacting me direct, no such response received, rang customer service several times to further understand and each time I was told the person dealing with my request will get in touch, never happened I had to ring back, finally spoke to the person originally dealing with report only to say will get in touch with manufacturer and ring me back straight away with outcome. End of year and still no response! Will be seeking external advice.
