For your own sanity, never use this law firm for guidance and assistance or when making a claim. I don't understand how this firm is still running. I was involved in a RTA 19 months ago and i am still no better off from day one. After reporting the accident to my insurance company, this "company" contacted me shortly after to help me make a claim. I just wish i had checked them out first. Recently i have been told that my claim is coming to an end and everything will be finalised shortly, however, today i am now having to fill out further paperwork. The company couldn't care less about your situation and are probably the most unprofessional business i have EVER come across. In the past 19 months, i have made countless calls asking for an update or call back but they all seem to know 'Jack s**t'.
I have only ever been able to speak to my case handler twice in the 19 months, i always had to discuss things with her assistant who seemed to be the only person working there with half a brain, however, she has now moved. I have had to send out paperwork repeatedly because the first ones were "never received" even though i had sent them recorded. If i ask for an update or a callback, it never happens.
And for all of you using the complaint team they have - Good luck! I made a complaint earlier this year and it got me nowhere. I am now making notes and recording everything for the Ombudsman, because their complaints team informed me my service will improve, but if anything, its got worse.

Good luck to anyone using this firm and congratulations if you have managed to receive great service, but i would not recommend Minister Law to my worse enemy!!!!!!!
