Very poor customer service or follow through.they did not supply me with my signed closing papers.They pocked the money I paid at settlement in May 2020 for the homeowners insurance. I have a 1 week extension with the insurance company for them to pay it or I have to pay it with a fee with the payment. I'm making a formal complaint to the AG office in PA if they do not take care of it by Sat of this week. Prior complaints r right, they have not returned my 3 calls. I'm working on the 4 th call along with a message online,but as of yet have not taken care of it. They are quick to settle but very incompetent. I suggest anyone else that is receiving poor service to submit a complaint to the PA attorney general office since they regulate the way they do business in this state.
And as an recent update to this post on my 4 th call,I finally got hold of a supervisor at the title company who supplied me with the copies of my signed papers at settlement,but passed the buck back to my mortgage company. I called the mortgage company again. they told me they would take care of paying the insurance and get the funds from the title company. Since the title company collected the funds at closing (even though it was supposed to be put in escrow and was not) I know the mortgage company is correct and never got the funds from this title company. I'm glad someone stepped up too the plate for me at my mortgage company and apologized to me that I had to even make calls to the insurance and title company as they admitted it should have been taken care of on my first call to them and informed me they would educate the person I spoke to the first time I called the mortgage company that the correct way to provide excellent customer service is to go above and beyond for the customer. Amen that there r people that know what good customer service is supposed to be! If my mortgage company continues to provide service above and beyond, I'll make sure I put an excellent review on them.
