We were very happy that a sale associate was able to make an appoinment for us to come into the Show Room in Evans, GA. Kristen was very patient with our trying several recliners and making a decision in regard to that. There were quite a few questions that she would ask us such as fabrics, size, fit, value, and financing. Very please with her service and can't wait for my new chair to come in
