The May family are great people been buying chicken from them for years & worked temporarily here & even had an interview, The company is not what is used to be, The HR Rep seem not know anything about the job position they are hiring for when asked what it entails, There is too many managers & not enough workers, The lack of information & communication from management is appalling & some of these managers don`t understand what being a manager is clearly. The Company needs a big overhaul in management team, Working for my Brother I call the sales department & its just ridiculous some person answers the phone named Anna it sounds like who i can`t understand & the manager in the department is not much help either, If this is how they run their sales department good luck getting my business back ever again i will go elsewhere.
