I was in the market for a Ford Escape and spoke with James Lopes this last Friday around 5pm. By 2pm on Saturday James was handing me the keys to my 2016 Ford Escape. James walked me through the process of purchasing my new automobile in a friendly, knowledgeable , and painless way! He was very thorough and made sure I didn't miss anything I needed.
