You will learn how to handle certain situations that may be uncomfortable and you will learn a lot about yourself. It may not be the easiest housing situation at times and it may not be for everyone, but if you're debating if you should give a co-op a shot, tour a few and then decide, it might lead you to some of the best people/experiences that you'll have in college.
