Can't trust these guys! At my 20K service, I was told that my break pads are low and that I will need new set of break pads soon. Well I Just got my 2014 Tundra out of the 25K service performed by Hamer Toyota in Mission Hills and my break pads are at 70%. They even asked me if I have changed my breaks because they could see on the vehicle report that Van Nuys entered low break pads.
Not acceptable! I am an HVAC contractor who does a lot of service work. this is a plane scam!
