Working with Art was very enjoyable and informative He was professional in every way. I would deal with Art again. Avery was very helpful on the financing. He explained our options clearly and helped us make informative choices. The only thing I didn't care for is the long wait to finalize the purchase. We had to wait about an hour for Avery to get available. To his defense, he was busy with another customer. To Ferguson's fault, they need to have a back up finance plan. Overall, it was a good experience. Thanks to Art and Avery. So far, we love our Subaru. Art will appreciate my humor.
