We lost the key to our Polaris last Friday and on Saturday ran to 4 seasons in Rye to hopefully get a new key made. The 1st clerk said he can't make a key and gave us a new ignition switch and we drove back to Tonto. He gave us the incorrect one. we trek back to 4 seasons and the same clerk said sorry, and tried to find us one that was correct. He stated that they didn't have one and he would have to order one. We were not happy since that meant our weekend was now shot as far as riding up into the greenbacks. Chris, another clerk was standing by and asked what the issue was. He then said "We can get them one off of a Polaris here and just order a new one for us!" what a life saver! that was customer service that went above and beyond. He had to look at about 7 of them but finally found one that had the 4 prong and not 6. He saved our weekend! Thank you Chris! that is the way to go the extra mile for your customers!
