I went to the store today after calling 3 times with questions about mattresses. Although I decided to buy a similar mattress for $400 less at another store, I wanted to write about the excellent service I received on the telephone and in person at Cotton Cloud. The salesperson was warm and inviting as well as knowledgable and informative. Should I need other natural items, I will return to Cotton Cloud.
