Pl don't prefer ACT.

Pl don't prefer ACT.
They r sooo money minded, for new connection they come to take money even at 10.30 pm and for resolving complaints they dont attend the calls.
So shameless......

I have registered a complaint on 22nd may @ 7.30 am that the internet is not working. No action has been taken by the staff till now {its already 23rd may 8.00 pm( 37 hrs passed)}. I'm losing all my projects and my job is at stake.

I tried many times to call the customer care to enquire about the complaint, every time all the executive will always be busy talking to other customers.

Today is 24 th may 1 pm.
After passing of two days, and even after requesting the staff that my job is at stake and I'm loosing all my projects, the staff is not interested in solving my internet connection issues. If this type of service is going to be given to us, we don't want it. The act app is a big waste. Once the complaint is lodged, it will not take the 2nd complaint. They will send you a sms stating that they r working on the complaint.
Really worst service. Its utter waste of ur precious money. Pl opt for someother internet provider.
