Extremely irresponsible guys. My hours were over due to 6 hrs waiting time . I went to sleep. No one informed me and gates were chained and locked at 9 pm. Even police trying to contact them from last 10 hrs . No one is responding. There is no emergency management . They can t afford a security person . What a poor company.

Great place to load and staff is exceptionally helpful!! I always look forward to picking up here

Dispatchers are nice. They even load me at 9.50pm. Great work.

My co driver checked in when they opened at ten he had 5 hours left on his clock at 2 He went to sleep and let me know they would call us so I went inside to let them know my number and get a time when it might be ready and they it will be ready when it get ready in a not so polite way then after I called the broker and updated him 10 min later they called my co driver and woke him up after I gave them my number still waiting almost 6pm on door 21

Slow. Plenty of parking, nice facilities, nice people. Just, slow.

Very bad company, waiting 11hrs load, do job slow and make mistake. Very very bad experience in this company. Looks like a new company.

Big staging area plenty of room to maneuver into your dock. Don't come to Nogales/ Rio Rico AZ. In a hurry because it can take you ALL day to do one pick let alone multiple picks, produce shipments get delayed at the Mexican border everyday & THAT will screw up ALL of your schedule.

Took them 7 hrs to load when loaded. It was a hurry hurry leave. Rude employees.

I m giving five stars to a cold storage in Nogales?
Can you believe it.? The parking spacious the facility new. The people we very friendly , the check in fast and efficient. I had a door in 15 minutes. And then there is controlled chaos in the warehouse. Them boys were flying around that facility. After I loaded I parked and went to sleep and nobody bothered me. 10 stars for this outfit.

The best place to pick up fresh produce in Arizona. No one is better than George and Tito. Thank you a million times

Nice and honest about when load will be ready. I called ahead to prevent being disappointed!

Hours posted is a lie, they don't open till 10:00. Was here at 9 door was locked and hours posted 10:00 to 7 on door. Waited until 10:30 for anyone to show up to the shipping window. Got checked and docked by 10:40 and still sitting here at the dock and is now 12:33. Not my favorite place so far. They do have a woman's bathroom that was pretty clean and that is why I gave them at least the one star.

The staff was very polite, helping and friendly. Go inside and fill in a Check-in slip and give it to them. They will call you quickly and assign you a door. Cross border drivers will require to bring PARS stickers with them and the border they want to cross.

Washrooms are clean. Average time 3-4 hours to get loaded and get going.

Piked up for star produce,loaded fast but employees r rude.. They r not gud at paperwork ,so check ur paperwork properly before leaving

Just come here a day later.otherwise they ll waste your whole day.
