I always feel uncomfortable walking into jewelers, I feel like I am just a price tag but ever since I started going to Andrews I have never felt so comfortable when Gina is working. Gina makes me feel like she truly does care and would do anything to make me happy. I work in the customer service field and to have an employee like Gina is very rare to come by, her customer service skills are A+ and her knowledge about the industry leaves me 100% satisfied with all my purchases I make through her. There is no one else I would go to. I am now life time customer!
