I closed my account 6 months ago because I moved and I'm still receiving bills for the service. First bill I got and I called it was taken care of, they admitted to their mistake. Second bill is 3 times as much and when I called the lady said she needed to call the driver to verify if the container was still out there and she wanted my number so someone could call me back because she couldn't find anything showing I ever canceled my service.

FYI, if you live in the Los Lunas area it costs 5 dollars to take your trash yourself to the dump, just cover it with a tarp.

UPDATE: They never called me back I had to call them back the next day. They said they closed my account, again. I requested a letter stating the account was closed get sent to me for my records for future reference.
