One of the worst customer service I have ever expe...

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both washing machine and dryer stopped working, had the washing machine repaired but was told that the dryer needed a special piece of replacement. Contacted them, booked an appointment, but the operator put my dishwasher as the element that needed to be replaced (operated being one of the rudest person I ever talked to, probably wrote my email and name purposely wrong). Booked another appointment, was told a week later that I needed a special technician, booked another appointment, was told again that the technician needed to order the piece in question. Overall, 2 months of calling, over 5 appointments booked, took days off for the purpose of these appointments in vain. They are probably waiting so that the dryer is no longer under warranty and it is not their issue anymore. Will probably file a complaint if I do not hear from them in the upcoming week. This is what you get for buying from them.
