Total disrespect what they did to me, I booked the hotel 3 months before the trip simply 20 days before they sent a cancellation notice, claiming that the price I had booked was wrong, how? If that's what was on the site, if there was a mistake that they had made and fulfilled with what was offered on the day of booking, what a fault I have! Unfortunately it was a customer neglect!
