Good and clean room. The hotel close to Times Square and to 42th subway station that can take you almost everywhere.
The front desk staff are very friendly especially Jonathan! He is an asset to the hotel. He was so kind , friendly, and willing to help. He is the main reason that I'll come back to this hotel and I'll recommend it to others.
He made out of staying in Cassa hotel a one to remember!
