We were there in September 2019 for two weeks. I was skeptical because it was our 1st stay in Egypt. But it was really good. The pool area offers something for everyone. For children there is a great facility, but also for adults who want peace and for people who need animation. The food was good too. The main restaurant is a bit big and not really cozy, but the waiters are attentive and friendly. All the staff in the house are really helpful and always friendly. The front desk is friendly and Karim Tammam always helps. We would come again.
