Just got home from my 2 day stay at Harrahs. Wonderful time. My host Sonny set up my hotel stay and dinner reservations. He also found me on the casino floor to check in with me. He is the best! Some of my complaints that I have never had have to do with the casino dealing with the virus. A lot of the hand sanitizers were empty. Also the rule about only 4 people on the elevator was never enforced since no one was there to watch people on the elevator. For a Tuesday and Wednesday night it was more packed then I have ever seen. At around 10 or 11:00 it got mobbed and the restaurant AC Burger was packed with around 50 people in a long line and no one was 6 feet apart and no one enforced it. Also upset that they don t have the total rewards bus running to the boardwalk. I had to take the jitney which was packed and took about 40 minutes to get to Ballys.Also when you enter you got to read a sign about the virus and say yes your not infected. They should take your temperature like I hear Hard Rock does. I saw around 12:00 at night people came through the bay walk doors and walked pass two virus enforcers talking away ignoring people coming in. If you are allowing more than four people on the elevator, open Martaranos. Also put on your website that there is no valet parking, room service and the VIP isn t open. I waited half an hour for them to open and never showed up. Put a note on the door if it s not open. Love Harrah s just think they have to modify what they are doing during this pandemic.
