Worst analytic company Iv ever delt with. They claim to help but we don't see how. Not sure if everyone at the company is rude and try's to belittle you but stay away from their account executive Dave. Every time I spoke to the guy he had some smart ass comment when I didn't know something or he had to explain it. His reporting was not inaccurate and he even tried to bill us for addional fee based on his so called success with our business. The number we're not even accurate or a true account of our customer traffic. He even had the nerve to tell me how I should be running my business and that it would be so much better if he were in control. Ironside should really look for some new people, at least someone that can keep clients.
