Shuttle did not to pick me up at 3:30pm nor receiv...

Shuttle did not to pick me up at 3:30pm nor received a phone call or text message. I am aware that due to Covid shuttle is expected to be delayed so I waited for 30minutes. I reached out to Ralon at 4pm wondering when the shuttle will be arriving and told me I should have already been picked up. However, he was apologetic and I appreciated that. Since shuttle stops running at 3:30pm they had ordered me uber which came at 4:15pm. I got to Nissan Kalihi at 4:45pm. Communication with the shuttle service could be better. Aside from from that, Ralon was overall friendly and helpful.
