This is extremely unacceptable that you can t even wait on hold or request a call back. Law suits need to be filed against the state for this. We understand you have a high call volume, that is no excuse for not implementing a system that allows for call backs. Whenever you call the division now the automated system just says there s no call back times available which is ridiculous and a lie, they just don t care and neither does Polis. Other states actually let their constituents wait on hold or request a call back.
