After doing a lot of shopping around online, I found a certified preowned 2016 Cadillac ATS at Rydell that was similar to what I was looking for and at a fair price. My dad offered to come with me to check it out and called the dealership ahead of time to make sure that it was still available and get additional information. He spoke to Frank who answered his questions and offered to meet us that evening to show us the car.

When we arrived at Rydell, Frank had the Cadillac ready and warmed up for us to take for a test drive. There were no high pressure sales tactics or anything like that. I decided that it was the right car for me and Frank took us through the whole sales process. Rydell doesn t negotiate on prices and instead just gives you their best price up front so the whole process is quick, easy, and stress-free. I even got more for my trade-in than I was expecting.

Overall, I m happy with the experience working with Frank at Rydell and even happier with my Cadillac!
