Horrible management but amazing staff

Horrible management but amazing staff
1. Leak from the Windows which makes it very cold
2. Bad ventilation system; needs cleaning
3. very loud fan in bathroom
4. Cinstruction in the floor the second day with no warning; they repainted the ceiling without considering that some people are asthmatic
5. Fridge doesn't cool
