2020 specific review:
Tl;dr - Either just skip this year, or plan for A LOT more extra time.

You'll start your experience with an hour of grid-locked traffic after you arrive while you wait to go on the drive-thru instead of a hayride - which is a personal fear of mine but not exactly what I look for from a haunt or "horror". There is no apparent reason for it.
You'll then go thru the standard houses, which are fantastic as always and quite detailed. But you'll be surrounded by strangers the entire time packed in quite tightly, utterly ignoring all the signs they have telling everyone to keep 6ft of space. So maybe that was the horror part, as people around me were genuinely scared (albeit I think not for the reasons they should want)...
I will say, they have the most 12' skeletons from home depot you'll see in any single place (more than any single home depot has, likely clearing out all of the 12' skeletons from every home depot in a 50 mile radius). I'm not sure risking covid was worth it for that.

Oh, and the time on your ticket is meaningless. Apparently go whenever you want, and don't expect the time to mean you'll get in around when they say (as I said above, it will take an hour after you get there to get in).
