BAD experience. Went in wrap up the purchase of a 2016 Honda Accord with 22k,
Upon my final inspection of the car I found approximately 2 inch diamater rust bubble forming on the door.
Red flag in many ways. Why had no one else seen this? It had been gone over by the detail department and I'm assuming other areas inspect the vehicles before sale. Especially this new of a vehicle?
Okay.. Mistakes happen and maybe it just got missed.

I went with my gut though and decided to walk away from the purchase. 2016 Honda with 22k miles shouldn't have a rust spot forming...

At that point, the salesman became condescending and irritated with me. He told me I was overreacting and making the wrong decision. Maybe I was maybe I wasn't. I was still the customer and get to walk away if I choose.. No matter what.

The salesman was arguing with me in the parking lot because I didn't want to make the purchase. Very embarrassing and very awkward. It's business, not personal.
Very unpleasant experience.. Will not be back ever. Not because of the rust spot but because of how the salesman handled it. I would have considered looking at other cars on the lot had he not behaved in such a hostile and unprofessional way.
