I have been with Smith Thompson for several years now. I find them to be honest, fair, and excellent at what they do. Any time I called for questions they were prompt. And I once had a skillet fall off the wall when I was gone. They took the correct action & I discovered that it was my fault for not hanging the skillet properly. What peace of mind I had, knowing that they were there, nothing was wrong, and that their system works every time, as promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering home security.
