Martin Pharmacy was absolutely amazing in helping me with an issue with an insurance denial on a very expensive specialty medication. They were friendly and assisted with every step of the process including filing the paperwork and communicating with my doctor. After all of their hard work to get the approval, my insurance unfortunately insisted I use the insurance specialty pharmacy to fill the prescription. Martin pharmacy was still above and beyond understanding and friendly and transferred the prescription. Customer service like this is rare these days. I cannot recommend them enough for your pharmacy needs. Even though they are a 40 minute drive from my house I will definitely give them my business any chance I can.
