Kolkata airport is quite good and very busy. It is beautiful too. But unfortunately Kolkata seems like a crumbling kingdom. Just outside the airport you can see the contrast of modern versus decaying city. A very good connectivity with differnt modes of public transportation like bus, metro etc. You can get the famous yellow cabs from nearby too. Wish the Government could improve the infrastructure, broaden the roads and clean the city.
