Jack Powell would not honor the True Car deal which they not only confirmed over the internet, but confirmed when I called in and spoke to the salesman. Then when we arrived and did a test drive, suddenly it was $1500 more. Salesman was not to blame, it was the Sales Manager or Dealership Management. My wife and I, our business purchases of vehicles (2-5 a year) and anyone of my friends I get a chance to discuss it with will NEVER visit Jack Powell Dodge/Jeep ever again
