Not happy with the venue...tickets purchase for co...

Not happy with the venue...tickets purchase for concert 16yrs and up both parties was 18 with school ID also with 24yr old sister. Stood in 3 lines to enter once they got to door to access concert was turned away and securtiy told my son he could od made his school ID. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND I LEFT MSG FOR MGR back in Dec 2015 still no response. 3 TICKETS $60 EACH...THIS VENUE SUCKS CONTINUE TO TAKE PEOPLE $$$$$$
