Worst customer service of all other brands that I ...

Worst customer service of all other brands that I know of and they don't even back their 5 years warranty as none of them want to claim any of it. Went to airport/Brampton and 401 Dixie Kia and all had horrible service, management and appointment scheduling follow by slow and dirty service making your car in and out even more dirty before you brought it in. Last kia purchase ever! got a 2015 kia sedona paint peel on front bumper none want to deal with it and took over 4 months to get an approval then they tell you have to pay for your own rental car for the duration of the warrantable body shop repairs lol. Window wind noise both sides and of the 3 dealers none of them could fix this issue and made grease stains all over the interior mouldings... Also did a recall on power sliding doors, now my doors get stuck and unable to lock itself such jokes and grease stains on the interior panel as well. How do they manage to get rated one of the best customer service when I never received a single survey? Sad sad worst purchase in my life can't wait to sell it... just looking at all the kia dealers out there, they are so old and outdated why did I even help them out and purchase a vehicle? They are either cheap or poor, something we should keep in mind for our next purchases.
