If you want to experience the arrogant and hypocritical "five apes" hotel service.

In addition to its good location, W Taipei has any advantages that can be called an international brand luxury hotel; what are you kidding about calling it a "five-star" hotel? I think it is a "five apes" class restaurant... right!

Since the hotel opened in 2011, every time you have the opportunity to come back and check in, you think the hotel s service is getting better and better~ Actually, it s just "returning to the light". The service quality of the hotel staff is uneven, and W Taipei likes to hire young employees, but the training is not solid and "catch the ducks to the shelves"... the situation often results in many "customer complaints", such as indifferent or professional attitude Insufficient knowledge, or self-righteously compiling some lies of "painting white [tiger] and painting [ ] flowers" to prevaricate questions and complaints raised by guests...etc.
Especially those so-called counter assistants or managers in the hotel, you think they listen to your accommodation "suggestion" with full sincerity, but you don't know that they have already sent you into the eighteenth hell and classified them as guests from Australia. (Look carefully at the contents of the letters from the managers who responded to "negative" guests on TripAdvisor; if the hotelier wants to change it, why do the same and similar incidents happen again and again?

I guess that because W Taipei s business is so good, the hotel staff simply don t bother to provide services; especially the "housing needs" raised during the booking time and time again. If you cannot provide it, you can call or write to inform us in advance. ...But the hotel still does its own way and does not dump you, it is no difference whether you love it or not, even if you have "seriously complained" to the counter room manager before~
Such "corresponding disregard" and W's positioning are "mutually compatible"; the restaurant calls it "cool".
So it! Guests who like the adjustments of W Hotel will still like to check in frequently. On the contrary, after paying the accommodation fee (tuition fee), thank you for contacting again.

Personally, there is an old saying: guests who pay can t do everything they want. On the contrary, the hotel s service staff refuse to listen to the needs of the guests... I can only say that this hotel probably has no other attraction besides its good location or new equipment. People want to think of "returning customers" again-just like the W Hotel in Taipei. (Only the equipment of Taipei W Hotel is not new)
Thank you that there is not only one Marriott Group (W) hotel in Taipei, but there are other excellent (Marriott Group) hotels that are worth staying in, experiencing or needing to accumulate Marriott points... to stay.
The experience of writing this article is not a momentary emotional or deliberate attempt to discredit the W Hotel Taipei; only after the personal experience of what I have learned, I will publish it and share it with other travelers.

It's a pity that the W Taipei, which has an excellent location, can only provide services like this (not as good as a small business hotel), especially the high-level executives at the guest room counter who "eyes on top of their heads and self-righteous".
