I signed up for the yearly pre-paid maintenance plan from Shavitz for my heating and A/C--something that I did with trepidation. My concerns were unfounded! Cornelius came and serviced my heating, informing me that everything was fine! My cynical side expected there to be something wrong that would require an additional expense--I am pleased that my negative expectation were off base. I definitely recommend Cornelius, and the Shavitz maintenance plan.
