I called Griffin and within 20 minutes Scott was at my home ready to assess situation. Another 15 minutes or so and he had fixed the problem. He was very candid and offered me a few different price ranges and fixes both short-term and long-term. I was impressed with how professional he was and he will certainly be my go-to guy for any AC related problems from now on.
