I feel ripped off. What a terrible experience trying to deal with your parts department. First off I rung and spoke to someone that seemed to struggle to understand what top rear suspension arms goes in a Supra A80 and tried to over complicate something simple. So I asked my partner to order the parts and he got a guy that was finally able to do a quote. When he went down to order the parts it seems people are too busy to get up from their computers to answer a paying customer and ignored him waving him off. He finally got a lady to help him but she must of thought that he wasn't serious about ordering the suspension as when he called back to see if it was in she hadn't even ordered it seeming surprised that he wanted the parts he had ordered. Really disappointed in your parts department giving us the muck around and charging top dollar for your suspension
