Blu assistenze (Cartura), which provides assistance on behalf of the Baxi, replaced the defective engine of the air conditioning system, declaring that the problem was created by those who made the first installation which, according to them, would have left residues of dirt in the pipes.
They claim to have done the necessary cleaning but everything would have been done without disassembling the splits (so I think that the dirt has been moved from the pipes to the splits, among other things I was at home and I don't know that in less than an hour can do the cleaning and replace a motor)
In addition to asking for explanations, to Blu assistenze and Baxi, for what was said above I also asked for clarifications regarding two unsightly grounded brackets on which the motor was supported, and not fixed, the answers were vague and contradictory.
I have been awaiting confirmation and clarification for more than two months.
I will go to a consumer association
