Overall this was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it but have some suggestions for improvement. My family stayed here during COVID 19 pandemic, and understand that this may have affected some of the services.
The staff was always very friendly and helpful, although around the pool area, sometimes difficult to find.
The weekend was very busy, while the weekdays offered a much quieter experience.

Outdoors:
The hotel is situated in a beautiful cool area and was a welcome relief from the Jakarta heat. The pools are great for kids with a number of shallow areas as well as a large deep area. It looks like there is a hot tub, but was not maintained as hot. The paintball and archery area, although small, was fun for our kids ages 6-10 and there was also a playground nearby.
Across the bridge is a very nice high ropes course and flying fox and our family really enjoyed both while feeling very safe.
We rented the golf cart and enjoyed driving around the very empty road nearby as the land is still undeveloped.

Rooms:
All rooms were very close by to the pool.
We stayed in the family suite which was spread over the ground and second floor. I would not recommend this for families with small children. The spiral staircase is tricky to navigate even for ourselves and the area around the stairs on the ground floor is tight, making it easy to bump heads on the stairs.
On the second floor there were two floor to ceiling height windows that opened from the bottom with no real locking mechanism, making it dangerous for children. I think this was the only room in the resort with no balcony or outdoor access.
The ground floor door to our room was unusable because the alarm rang every time it was opened and needed to be kept locked from the inside. Requests to address this went unheeded. Multiple times a day during our 5 day stay, we needed to have our key cards reprogrammed because they stopped working.
Beds were large and comfortable, and although the sheets were clean, they were quite stained. There is no door between the two bedrooms, giving no privacy for the adults.
The bathroom had clean tiles, but the sink area was tiny and caulking needed replacing. The shower head, although on an adjustable bar, could not move. Shampoo and conditioner products need to be upgraded as they left my hair feeling grimy and limp.
Wifi was not strong and worked intermittently.

Food:
There was a good variety of food, but only one restaurant. Western style food was simple, I would recommend sticking to the fries and pasta dishes. Food was very reasonably priced for the quality. Service, however was very slow, as we often waited an hour for our food.

To meet the standards that this resort is rated at, I would suggest making improvements to these small issues as they can make a big impact on the quality of stay.
