We had our wedding at Nicollet Island 10/19/2019, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the day and the months leading up to the wedding!

To start, the current event coordinator Gabby is an absolute GEM. She has fully adopted the venue as her own and takes so much pride in the venue and planning experience. Mintahoe, you struck GOLD with Gabby!

Leading up the wedding, we had a particular style menu in mind, and Mintahoe and Gabby worked hard to meet that vision. We have received many compliments about our menu selection. We opted for a sea bass, beef, and ravioli option for our dinner, all of which were well received by guests and came out perfectly cooked and warm. The selection of appetizers during cocktail hour was also excellent.

We also wanted a unique selection of drinks for our guests, and Gabby went above and beyond to work with the team to get us our selection.

The execution of our wedding day at Nicollet Island was perfect! Gabby knows the venue in and out, and for a type A person like me (schedules for everything) I had complete confidence that I didnt have to put any attention or effort into day of execution because I knew she would deliver, and she absolutely did.

The venue itself has a beautiful backdrop, the size of the pavilion indoors is not overwhelmingly big but also not too small, and there is an easy flow to the venue if you up to have all events (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) at the venue.
